01

Provider, scope and acceptance

The services are offered by Review Pilot. By placing an order, creating an account or using a product, you accept these terms and the policies linked from them.

02

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect your login methods and ensure that team members act with the organization’s permission.

  • You must be legally capable of entering the relevant contract
  • Google or passkey sign-in does not remove your responsibility to secure the connected account
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
03

Orders, prices and payment

Product descriptions and the final checkout summary form the basis of an order. Prices, taxes, delivery fees and discounts are shown before payment.

  • Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay and card availability depends on Stripe, device and region
  • We may reject or cancel fraudulent, technically invalid or unavailable orders and refund amounts already captured
04

Physical products and delivery

Lead times are estimates unless a binding date is expressly confirmed. Risk and remedies for loss or damage follow mandatory law and the shipping policy.

  • Customers must provide a complete delivery address
  • Custom or bulk production begins only after required specifications are approved
  • Tracking information is provided when supported by the carrier
05

Activation, destinations and third-party platforms

NFC and QR products use a permanent Review Pilot address whose authorized destination can be managed in the customer panel.

  • Destinations must be lawful, accurate and controlled by the customer
  • Google Business access requires the customer’s authorization and remains subject to Google’s terms and API availability
  • Review Pilot is independent from Google, Meta, Tripadvisor and other destination platforms
  • Review gating, deceptive redirects and manipulation of customer feedback are prohibited
06

Free and paid plans

Hardware purchases and software subscriptions are separate. Plan limits and included functions are shown before subscription.

  • Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise
  • A started billing period is normally non-refundable, except for billing errors, proven service failure or mandatory rights
  • Plan changes may alter limits for locations, analytics, AI replies and team access
07

Customer content, AI and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for business data, links, logos, review replies and instructions submitted to the service.

  • AI-generated drafts must be reviewed before publication
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or malicious material
  • Do not bypass security, scrape the service, send spam or interfere with other users
  • Custom artwork must comply with third-party brand rules and applicable law
08

Availability, warranty and liability

We operate the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of networks, APIs or third-party platforms.

  • Mandatory product warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected
  • No specific increase in reviews, ratings, revenue or ranking is guaranteed
  • Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited, including for intent, gross negligence or mandatory product liability
09

Suspension, changes and applicable law

We may suspend access for security threats, non-payment or serious breach. Material policy changes are published with an updated version date.

  • Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections
  • The configured place of jurisdiction applies where legally permitted
  • Invalid provisions are replaced only to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder stays effective
