Connect the authorised Google account and match an existing verified location.

Follow the steps in order. Each change remains under your control.

Open Businesses and select the Google connection action.

Approve the requested permissions with the Google account that manages the location.

Select the existing Business Profile location and confirm the match.
Successful result
The business appears in the customer panel with its Google connection and location state.
If the result is different
Run these checks before sending a support request.
Manual business creation is not part of the customer workflow.
Reconnect only when authorisation is missing or expired.

How is a business added on the Free plan?
The active Free plan currently allows 1 business connected through Google Business Profile. Manual business creation is not part of the customer workflow.
When should I reconnect the Google account?
Reconnect when the panel reports expired or missing authorisation, the Google account changed, or the required permissions were removed. Reconnecting does not bypass Google API approval.
Can I manage multiple businesses or locations?
Yes, when the active plan includes the required capacity. Each verified Google location should be matched to the correct business structure and responsible team.
